Yoga - One Size Doesn’t Need To Fit All

Although there are a lot of great reasons to try Yoga, most people won’t even take a shot at it. I think I know why. Stay with me for a couple of minutes and I’ll get there.


Years ago, I read one of the most truth filled statements I have ever encountered. Although I usually try to avoid generalities, I believe that most of them DO have a portion of truth to them. Unfortunately, many people either don’t realize that these statements are not ultimate truths or they assume that since there are times that these old adages and generalities are NOT true, not only are they false, but completely without merit.

It Can All Happen Within An Hour and It Did On This Occasion - But It Caused Much Trouble

O,no, not another of these Christians in trouble, and this time it is one of the high profile leaders. Why are these disciples of Jesus Christ always apparently getting into so much bother?


In the New Testament book of Acts in Chapter 10, both Peter, the leader in the Church, and Cornelius, that Roman Army Officer, experience God moving in a way neither of them ever thought they would ever experience and see and witness.


Visions lead to men from different backgrounds coming together. Obedience to the revelation of God leads to an outpouring of The Holy Spirit, among Gentiles, and consequently, a breaking down of barriers and prejudices.

If You Want a Mighty Challenge and Massive Cause To Which You Can Devote Your Life - Here It Is

My friend Peter and some of his friends and colleagues are facing a dilemma. They are Jews and they have been in the Tel Aviv area, formerly Joppa, and they receive a very specific call from a Roman Army Officer, Cornelius, to travel north to Caesarea, and visit him at his garrison headquarters.


In Acts Chapter 10 verse 23, we read of Peter and six fellow disciples of Jesus making their way the 20 miles or so from Joppa to Caesarea. Cornelius is waiting for Peter’s arrival. He has gathered together all his relatives and friends. He is expecting something to happen. He believed that God is going to move and speak through Peter.
