Navy Seal Special Operations Warriors, Dead For Nothing

Petty Officer 2nd Class Marc Alan Lee was one of the world’s most highly skilled unconventional warriors - a U.S. Navy seal. But on the morning of August 2, the 28-year-old Oregon native was detached to a conventional U.S. Army force tasked with hunting-down guerrillas in a Ramadi neighborhood where four U.S. Marines had been killed the previous week.

When a firefight erupted between the Americans (and an accompanying Iraqi force) and a band of guerrillas, one seal was wounded, shot in the cheek by an enemy sniper. In the ensuing hour-long fight, stretching over several city blocks, another seal was struck in the shoulder.

6 Elements of Wellness

We often feel that if we are not ill then we have wellness. I personally believe that there is more to wellness than just not being sick. First believe me that I really do not know everything, we ll leave that for the teenagers. The following article is more about the way I view life and the way I view Wellness. Finding a Good Personal Trainer

Most people should hire a Personal Trainer at some point during their fitness quest. A good trainer will help motivate and will educate the individual on the proper form and the proper use of various exercises. The trainer will help you make good decisions and help you make progress that you could not make on your own.

The trick is to hire a Personal Trainer that “fits” you and that knows how to motivate and how to teach. The easiest way to find qualified trainers is to ask around the gyms and places and get recommendations from your friends and other exercisers. The Nintendo Wii Is For All Age Groups

The Wii is much smaller than what most people expect it to be. It is smooth, distinctive and looks good. The Wii-mote, as the
remote is referred to, is easy to use once you are familiar with the keys. The Nunchuck control is also good when you connect
it to the Wii-mote for playing the games included with the system. You can buy additional games when you wish to do so. The
sensor bar is very easy to set up and the entire setup doesn’t take long to start gaming. The Wii comes with owner manuals
and it is recommended that you go through the manuals so that you understand the system well enough to get the most out
